Kofun — Questions and Answers about Japan's Ancient Tombs (CD-ROM)
A teaching CD-ROM on the burial mounds of ancient Japan, made with the Osaka Prefectural Chikatsu Asuka Museum.

Mediajoy produced this disc from the children's exhibition catalogue of the Osaka Prefectural Chikatsu Asuka Museum, a museum devoted to the Kofun and Asuka periods.
The museum receives questions every day from schoolchildren across Japan. Why were the tombs built? Who built them? Why are there so many different shapes? The disc is built around those questions, with the museum's own exhibits and materials throughout.
It includes a video of the Daisen tomb model being built, an explanation of how the mound was raised, a QuickTime VR panorama of a cluster of tombs, and puzzle games made from potsherds and bronze mirrors.
